About “The Large Format 3D Printing ErectorBot” Line,
We may accommodate custom sizes upon request if you find our standard sizes do not suit your requirements.
ErectorBot sizes are the table dimension or (Build Volume). Actual machine sizes are generally 2 feet longer and 1 -1.5 feet wider than the table, depending on which model you choose. We maintain a 1-inch margin around the heat table and an additional extruder dump zone.
Our bots use high-quality materials and are made pride in the USA. Starting with our robust open gantry design, constructed from T.I.G. welded 6063/T52 Aluminum, makes for a long-lasting, reliable unit.
A redundancy must, each machine consists of multiple power supplies that provide independent smooth axis reliability.
Our gantry design allows the build volume to be twice that of a conventional moving bed design. (We use the entire machine footprint, unlike many traditional 3dp machines. This means that we can keep the model still as the print grows. The consistent change in weight dynamics are a thing of the past with our gantry machines.
Furthermore, the use of additional axis is complemented by this system, as we offer an optional rotary 4th axis trunnion. 5th axis tray and more. Upto 9 axis.
We use proper CNC motive components with more than enough power and cooling to get even the longest, toughest jobs done. Our upper-end electronics are open source and upgradable to adapt to up-and-coming technology easily. Our dual mode functionality of CNC/NC – Legacy Arduino Rep Rap mode allows a full suite of muti-process abilities. 3D printing, machining, routing, cutting, and more can happen on the same machine and on the same model from the same file. Onboard programming is AI-ready, allowing for even further “open source” development.
We pay special attention to every detail during the assembly of your new ErectorBot. Each machine is fully assembled, tested, then documented, and prepped for shipping.
