HOW TO ORDER
We accept internet orders via email and phone orders at 951-763-7063. We also accept mail orders at PO
Box 390032 Anza Ca 92539. Preferred method is via our ErectorBot storefront.
Customer support is available online at www.ErectorBot.com, 24-hours a day.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks made payable to ErectorBot.com. We also
accept personal checks and are subject to a 7-10 hold. Please contact us for Direct Wire Transfer
information. For your protection, we do not accept cash through the mail. NO C.O.D. orders are
accepted at this time.
SALES TAX
All orders outside California are exempt from sales tax. California residents are required to add
the appropriate sales tax to all orders. Rates are subject to change without notice. The current rate
is 8.0%.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
All orders require a shipping quote prior to being fully processed. All items will be shipped via
ground services unless otherwise requested. ErectorBot crates are Oversized (OS) items and
therefore (OS) rate charges apply. All freight charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Depending on the items ordered, your freight fees will vary. All orders are subject to a 1 %
handling fee for crates/packaging. All orders must be prepaid prior to shipping. Refused
packages are not accepted. If refused, customer will be responsible for all shipping charges to
and from the destinations.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Please contact ErectorBot for Next Day and 2nd day shipping quotes. ErectorBot.com is more
than willing to assist you a quote for other shipping methods and or international.
DAMAGE CLAIMS
Always check the contents of your shipment in the presence of the individual delivering you the
merchandise. Should any damage occur, immediately contact ErectorBot’s Customer Service at
951-763-7063. ErectorBot is not responsible for any claims arising from damage notification
given after of receipt of delivery when signed for clear.
WARRANTIES
Large Format Printers: Buyer fully understands that all ErectorBot Models are sold “custom
made to order as is” with 1 year limited warranty on Motors, Electronics and hardware pending
customer opts into our remote assistance program. No warranty is expressed or implied without
enrollment in the ErectorBot Remote Assistance program; due to the fact that most 3D printing
process’s are still deemed experimental, signature is required on “proper use statement”. Buyer
also understands that due to strict U.S. Federal and State Safety guidelines and the experimental
nature of 3D printing, ErectorBot is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injury
incurred upon possible accidents due to user error, incorrect installations, bad judgment
(overheating, forcing or crashing machine into part or table.) or act of nature/God, etc… All
ErectorBot systems are only recommended and approved to be used by experienced 3d printing
technicians. (Machine training is available upon request) Buyer understands that all ErectorBots
may need modifications for certain unforeseen process such as 4th axis, booth for metal print,
different tables for cutting etc. Buyer understands that all ErectorBots require some prep work
before print (clean bed, home axis, temperature check and extruder maintenance); ErectorBot is
not responsible for any extra incurred fees, material fees, storage fees for unexpected labor for
your installation. We strongly RECOMMEND you only have highly skilled technicians install
and operate any ErectorBot for factory or hobbyist purpose. Not all technicians charge the same
prices, or have the same quality work performed. We find that you get what you pay for.
RETURNS
Absolutely no refunds or exchanges. Most problems, such as installation, can be solved with a
telephone call or enrollment with our remote assistance program. ErectorBot will not accept
returned merchandise without prior authorization. Parts that have been mangled, physically
damaged or altered in any way are not returnable nor under warranty. Returns due to shipping
must be an unused condition and returned in the original packaging. If shipped items are refused
the customer is responsible for freight on all returned orders. All ErectorBots are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Buyer shall not be entitled to charge backs.
SPECIAL ORDERS
All our custom orders require a minimum non-refundable deposit of 50% of total costs. If there
is any cancelation for any reason by the Buyer, that deposit is forfeited immediately to
ErectorBot. ErectorBot shall not be responsible for any late shipments. All shipping dates given
are approximate. Buyer shall not be entitled to charge backs, reductions of price, or other offsets
as result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery.
