The ErectorBot IND is a lightweight modular design that is fast and scalable, thus allowing this machine to be used in the most versatile arrangements with the lowest impact or effort for setup. Paired with a Hybrid Erecto-Struder material delivery and extrusion system.
Our gantry structure and main rails are of the highest grade 150mm aircraft aluminum extrusions and 304 stainless steel.

Machine notes:
No cranes, end loaders, forklifts, or heavy equipment is needed to deploy an ErectorBot IND almost anywhere. The machine is designed for a 2 to 4-person crew to set up and deploy safely. Is pulled up onto its rails, assemblies locked in, and fed power and materials.
Carries multi-tool setup ability for multi-process builds (multiple heads). Modular beam configuration allows for setups in increments of 10ft and 20ft. (20ft standard)
Base model size ranges are “40ft x 20 ft x 12 ft”, “40ft x 40 ft x 12ft”, “60ft x 40ft x 12ft” and even larger setups are available. Due to the lightweight machine footprint, IND machines are scalable for multi-story.
Rack and pinion drive. 120-volt operation. Lowest power footprint. Quiet operation.
The extruder system runs both cement and concretes of small aggregate. No proprietary material is required. Our “food chain” is open.
Machines are designed to adopt masonry wall construction codes and methods.
