About “The Large IND Format 3DCP ErectorBot” Line,
We may accommodate custom sizes upon request if you find our standard sizes do not suit your requirements.
ErectorBot sizes are listed in actual internal opening dimensions (Build Volume is relevant to head offsets in x/y region, whereas native Z to head tip is 12ft). Actual machine build volume sizes are generally 2ft narrower and 3 ft shorter as a result.
Our Big bots use high-quality materials and are made in the USA. Our robust open gantry design constructed from 6063/T52 Aluminum and 304 stainless steel makes for a long-lasting, reliable unit. We use proper motion control with enough power and cooling to get even the longest, toughest jobs done. Our upper-end electronics are open source and upgradable to adapt quickly to up-and-coming technology. Machine electronics are entirely self-contained. (No harness or drag chain at ground level).
Machines are as quiet as they are aesthetically pleasing.
An efficiency must, the machine uses a minimal amount of power. 110-120v @ 1600watts. Normal condition. (4200watts peak) This is ideal for remote operation in difficult or rapid conditions.
Our gantry design allows our build volume to be converted on the job site for alternate dimensions. (Full modular construction) . Furthermore, the 4th, 5th, and 6th axes are available in this system as alternate heads or processes.
3DCP extrusion? It is handled by hybrid Erecto-Struder® technology. Allows for many types of cement, concrete containing light aggregates, and alternative materials. Erecto-Struder® w/ mix accessory included.
Deployment requires zero heavy equipment. “Two men and a dog philosophy.”
